I understand plans change and sometimes you need to change an appointment. Please be aware of my cancellation policy. For any treatment cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment date, there will be a 50% charge of what is cancelled. For any treatment cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment date, there will be a 100% charge of what is cancelled. If you are unwell or have tested positive for Covid-19 please contact me as soon as possible.
